I offer my clientele those all important components ... exceptional service, full knowledge of the marketplace, a realistic evaluation of a property, and the ability to negotiate.

I let my clientele set the pace ... I shift gears to accommodate their needs. If they are 'in town' to purchase a home, that's one speed. If they just want to look and evaluate current conditions without immediate needs, that sets another pace. Once I have a good insight of their goals, I then only contact them when I have located that special property. If a future seller periodically wishes market updating, well, that then positions in yet another category.
