Sandy Leach was born and raised in Tallahassee, growing up in real estate. She worked in her parents business maintaining rental properties and began her real estate career in 2001. Mrs. Leach started in sales but soon added property management, handling 600+ units for a local company.

Mrs. Leach specializes in 1031 tax deferred exchanges and has helped many clients build their portfolio.
